This role involves leading the management of large-scale, long-term educational programs within an impact consultancy focused on sustainability and impact-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing education-focused projects, especially those spanning 1-2 years. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide teams and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Preference is given to candidates residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), reflecting the need for close collaboration and on-site coordination.
Tanggung Jawab
- Project Leadership and Management: Lead and manage large-scale educational programs from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Team Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community groups, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide clear guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Kualifikasi
- Experienced as a Project Manager, with a focus on managing education programs.
- Experienced in managing large-scale and long-duration projects (1-2 years).
- Able to lead a team and coordinate with stakeholders. Preferably Jabodetabek domicile.
