This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with a background in psychology, public administration, or management, preferably with a Master’s degree. The role involves leading transformation programs within an impact consultancy focused on sustainability and social impact. With 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects and teams, the candidate will bring strong managerial skills to oversee program implementation, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to drive project success and align with the company’s impact-driven mission.
Tanggung Jawab
- Project Leadership and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage project teams effectively, providing direction and resolving any issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project implementation. Maintain clear and proactive communication to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Team and Resource Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and team members are motivated and supported. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, public administration, or management is preferred. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with experience in transformation programs.
- Strong managerial skills and experience in handling complex projects and teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
